For almost 40 years, Allen Miller has worked to bridge the gap for international, highly qualified professionals looking to obtain employment in the United States. Medliant was specifically formed to provide educated, experienced, and compassionate healthcare professionals to hospitals throughout the United States.
Mr. Miller, one of the earliest innovators in recruiting and staffing highly skilled Information Technology professionals, founded Deltam Systems in 1984. In 1991, he decided to take his knowledge of recruiting and staffing and apply it to the international community. He established offices in England, India, Singapore, and the Philippines while building recruiting networks around the world, with the intention of bringing in highly skilled international talent to fill the growing shortage of computer programmers in the United States. In 1998, he sold Deltam but retained its international recruiting and staffing division for both IT and healthcare professionals, forming International Consulting Resources Group (ICRG). In 2001, he chose to solely focus on healthcare professionals, making Medliant one of the leading employers for international nurses today.
WHAT WE DO
Medliant is an International Healthcare Staffing agency. We are a direct Green Card sponsor and direct employer. We pay all salaries and benefits. We place nurses at one hospital location that best compliments their professional background. We do not place in-home care, long term care, per diem, or travel assignments.
