• Housing search assistance and help in obtaining utilities and other services for their new home.
• School search assistance providing details of schools in the new location.
• Job search assistance for adult family members and partners.
• Ongoing mentoring of candidates after their arrival in the US  encourages a positive relationship between the employee, the client, and Medliant. Medliant sponsors special venues for candidates which provide a comfortable environment for sharing goodwill and communicating any concerns that can be resolved, thus ensuring the clients' and employees' mutual satisfaction.
